This Net-Zero-ready office for Helsinki based world leader in environmental measurement will also become the regional conference center for the company. Together with high-tech equipment, the rooftop patio, open atrium, and office hoteling spaces all add extra elements to coordinate. BEE is assessing these challenges, providing IECC commissioning of all MEP systems in the building. Also being provided are additional controls verification, testing process development, and coordination meetings. Energy results are pending construction completion.
