Douglas County School District’s Iron Horse Elementary Controls Retro-fit

Control system design and specifications, and commissioning project manager for a complete controls retro-fit from pneumatic to DDC on all HVAC equipment and systems. Converted constant-flow heating and chilled water to variable-flow systems.  Converted constant-flow heating and chilled water systems to variable-flow systems. Implemented variable airflow temperature and pressure resets and optimized waterside economizer resulting in cutting chiller run-time in half.
