Investor Confidence Project

Development of a series of protocols known as the Investor Confidence Project (ICP), sponsored by the Environmental Defense Fund, targeted at enabling a market for investment quality energy efficiency projects, by reducing transaction costs and engineering overhead, while increasing the reliability and consistency of savings.  Acting as the Technical Lead, 7th Gen is helping to evolve a portfolio of energy efficiency project level protocols that standardize both the engineering and documentation of an energy efficiency retrofit resulting in reduced investor transaction costs and manageable performance risk. http://www.eeperformance.org/
