Tohono O'odham Nation Energy Study

Detailed energy study (ASHRAE Level II) of 28 tribal facilities totaling 212,025 square feet, including analysis of energy conservation measures and renewable energy measure analysis.  Anticipated energy cost savings were $105,957 at an implementation cost of $790,755, for a total simple payback of 7.5 years.  Measures indentified and analyzed included lighting retrofits, lighting controls, window retrofits, airside economizers, programmable thermostats, evaporator controls, HVAC equipment replacement, heat exchanger  treatment, thermostat relocation, general repairs, and increased cooling capacity.
