Seagate's Disk Drive R&D

Mechanical system design-build of a 460,000 sq. ft. R&D facility including 12,000 sq. ft. of Class 10 cleanroom, offices, laboratories and an employee fitness center. Services included piping, duct, load, and sizing calculations for systems and equipment; drafting/CAD redlines; permit and construction documents; and review of documents from all trades for coordination purposes. ​
