The Ritz-Carlton Hotels Snapshot Energy Audits

Conducted Snapshot Energy Audits, a scope of energy auditing specifically developed for the Ritz-Carlton luxury hotels brand, were performed to help each hotel develop a game plan of how/where to focus efforts on energy management and conservation especially as it results to impacts on guest experience. The audit targeted low-cost, capital, and behavioral recommendations for all hotel departments (facility/maintenance, culinary, housekeeping, event/banquet, and laundry). For properties that requested additional services, assisted with developing game (implementation) plans, reviewed common area utility allocations, conducted staff training, and did retro-commissioning.
