In our long-term relationship with Elevations, BEE handles any facility operations tasks with the goal of maximizing comfort and energy performance. Basic services we provide are the development of company design standards and the management of all reporting requirements from EnergyStar and City of Boulder. Further services provided with the goal of identifying possible improvements and solving issues include reviewing utility usage profiles through a web-based accessible dashboard, benchmarking usage, and detailed monitoring and building operation analysis with meter data. When projects are identified, they are prioritized, managed, commissioned, and their results are measured and verified after completion. Results beyond energy consumption are enhanced occupant comfort and employee engagement through successful achievement of sustainability goals, along with streamlined project and reporting completion.
