HCR ManorCare of Boulder

This nursing home has a wide array of space types from therapy/exercise and food preparation to living facilities. BEE identified measures such as walk-in cooler control upgrades, RTU upgrades and replacements, and lighting upgrades with a total estimated impact of 215 MWh savings per year. BEE also helped the facility choose between these strategies to pave the most accessible and convenient route to compliance with City of Boulder energy regulations.
