BEE's engineers performed central plant functional performance testing and analysis to develop energy conservation measures.  BEE's engineers then assisted UPMC with developing detailed Contractor Statements of Work and soliciting prices from Mechanical equipment vendors and contractors, electricians, and controls integration contractors to perform the work, then managed the installation of the measures.
